Drawing upon the powers of her deity, the cleric imbues herself with divine gifts. In addition to gaining a +1 natural armor bonus, Damage Resistance 10/magic, and Spell Resistance 25, the cleric also gains the following benefits based on her alignment.

If Good:

Resistance 10 to acid, cold, and electricity.
Immunity to disease.
+4 to saving throws vs. poison.
+2 to Dexterity and Intelligence.
+4 to Strength, Constitution, Wisdom, and Charisma.
A blue aura.

Yeah, should be about those bonuses. I believe it only modifies the bonuses you get from being of a certain alignment. No, of course they don't stack with item bonuses. Spells + items never really stack. Not even spell + spell stacks, usually. Saves is an exception.

The drawback is that it's just round/level, since its a level 9 spell...

Yeah, it would max out at 3 minutes at lvl 30 (well, one could technically get 3 minutes 24 seconds if you want that build).

Do you think the resistances would stack with Aasimar native and/or resistances from Dragonslayer PrC?

It won't. The log is sometimes strange, listing the resistance twice giving the impression that both resistances are used but in reality the best one is used.

Are you sure resistances don't stack? Or is it that spell-granted resistances do not stack with innate, Race/Class/PrC resistances, which do stack?
