RCR issue... (not related to the switch back to 50%)

RCR issue... (not related to the switch back to 50%)
I had a character who was mid to upper epic lv and i rcr'ed him a few minutes ago into a different build. Given the xp i had im 95% sure it should have kicked me back to lv 20 but for some reason it kicked me back to lv 17. Might i be able to be given some xp to get me back to lv 20? This is the first time something like this has happened so far... going back IG.
