Flurry of Blows - Not working

Flurry of Blows isn't working on my fist monk. He just gets the attack penalty but no extra attack?

Yes. Monk abilities do not work when wearing armor. :) ANY ARMOR. Only clothing can be worn.

Yes :
When wearing armor, using a shield, or carrying a medium or heavy load, a monk loses his AC bonus, as well as his fast movement and flurry of blows abilities.
