Quests advice

so a few friends and I recently came back to nwn2 and bgtscc after several years away and there have been several changes in the interim. is there any quest info available anywhere or is it just figure it out IC or rp with others in game to get info? for instance with the mushroom quest we can't seem to find but only 10 of the 13 and checked the surrounding areas/zones and even tried asking RP in game and can't figure out where the last ones are...quite frustrating. there's also so many new zones and quests out there added after we had stopped playing. There has also been changes to the zones/layouts since combined with the time off and getting old/forgetting . Any help is appreciated or even just being told to 'look around in game and find out' if that is the norm.

Well mostly anyway, I'm pretty sure there are recent additions that aren't yet on there such as the Soubar quests. Have fun with it!
