A tanned, white-haired hin in bright red clothing positions herself outside the FAI and puts up a big sign.

"The world contains too many undead! And the circulation of spells are part of the problem. Until further notice, I will happily buy up all your Create Undead and Greater Create Undead spells for 450 coins each and remove them from the market."
