What up with area transitions?

I've read other posts about the time it's taking for area transitions to load. This hasn't been a problem in the past, at least not for me, but it certainly seems to be happening now. Anyone have an idea of what's recently changed? Or of how to make this problem go away?

Of particular note, I'm experiencing frequent crashing when transitioning in the BG sewers. Again, this has not been a problem for me in the past, nor does it seem to occur in other zones. Anyone else experiencing problems in the BG sewers?

I know everyone's busy doing all they can to continue making this server as good as it can be, but sure would be nice to see these transition issues smoothed out. Holiday cheers to all.

This was happenning to me too. 1-2 minute long long times, on a computer that can run Fallout 4 on max settings.

I turned the AA, shadow, and reflections down and it seems to have worked. 10 second load times now.
