So, this guy. If I'm doing the math correctly he should end up with 25 CL +4 from PS(sorcerer) +3 from GA: Spellpower I,II,III and +3 from Blood Magus Blood Seeking spell and Blood component which should land him at the sweet 35 spot. Am I correct or am I missing something ? Thanks in advance.

Yes you are correct. Very strong build and one of my favorite splits.

A thing to consider is that bloodseeking spell works only against targets with blood. So against undead constructs etc you ll get one D.C. Less

for my build ce/ice is important. I stopped at pm7 ( for the pm immunities which are the best the class has to offer )for more slas in order to be able to function in every area. With crit immunity and shadow shield and/or premonition coupled with mirrors and the high hp of the build the ac is kind of redundant
. I hope this helps but I think you will make your own conclusion once you play the build according to your playstyle
