Well, I can't really speak to which one's the most powerful, but based on Endelyon's last server snapshot (here), the three most popular are probably:

1) Arcane Scholar of Candlekeep,
2) Pale Master, and
3) Eldritch Knight
Arcane Archer - 116 (6.89%)
Arcane Scholar of Candlekeep - 802 (47.62%)
Arcane Trickster - 245 (14.55%)
Archmage - 226 (13.42%)
Blood Magus - 233 (13.84%)
Daggerspell Mage - 111 (6.59%)
Eldritch Knight - 321 (19.06%)
Frost Mage - 92 (5.46%)
Master Alchemist - 76 (4.51%)
Pale Master - 436 (25.89%)
Red Wizard ** - 31 (1.84%)
Shadow Adept - 84 (4.99%)
Stormsinger - 170 (10.10%)
Techsmith of Gond - 106 (6.29%)
Thaumaturge - 136 (8.08%)

It be neat to get a sever snap shot... where the variable doesn't account for dips.
My personal view is in red, for I am fancy.

Black Flame Zealot - 7 (0.42%)
Breach Gnome - 8 (0.48%)
Cavestalker - 15 (0.89%)
Divine Seeker - 2 (0.12%)
Silverstar - 4 (0.24%)
Thayan Knight - 5 (0.30%)
Craft Trap - 102 (6.06%)

I think we can all agree these should probably be rebalanced or even deleted.

Thayan Knights and Red Wizards are artificially "low picks" because they're application-only classes that cater to a niche concept (evil foreigner wizards and their dark magic knights).

Some of the others are also pretty limited in their appeal (Silverstar requires the PC worship a specific god, and only a handful of players are truly gnomestruck enough to try out a Breach Gnome -- Breach Gnome was also still pretty broken back when this snapshot was snapped back in June).

The remainder, though, (and I'm looking at you Divine Seeker), are probably worth rebalancing when we get some time to consider ways to make them more competitive against their sibling PRCs.

One of those is one in my dozen( :? ) of alts! Don't anyone dare delete Divine Seeker, and thus my gimp-a-riffic guinea pig(I wanted to see how absurdly high I could get hide/MS with a bard/SD/DS mix).

Oh... good. Carry on!
There are no level 30's, only level 20's with benefits...
