Appearance changer help
What category is the tabard that the city guards where under. I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Its a belt appearance which isn't available in the new appearance changer.
You can find some tabards on armors in the 'old' one, at the lower left corner. Unequip all items you don't want to change.
