The school of necromancy wizard tells me that he is currently unavailabe (search the vampire's book).

The OOC discussion sub-forum lists some changes in the UD Beginners Guide thread, regarding quests specifically the Necro/book quest has been bugged out since August, nothing else has changed recently.Nachti wrote:Seems like a bit changed there.
