Fair enough. Can we get one put into the nexus for RCRs and gear exchange?Endelyon wrote:There is one. Talk to Samuel Feldepost inside the inn iirc.

Re: persistant storage
At the moment we're planning to nix the Nexus entirely and replace it with a simple menu that lets you choose RCR/location functions and takes you in-game. We probably won't be putting a storage NPC up there any time soon--it's just one more thing that will encourage people to linger in the Nexus, something that should be generally avoided.

Re: persistant storage
If RCRs are done through a menu you could just use a regular storage NPC, log out, log back in and access the menu. You wouldn't need to campfire mule anymore.
Or at least I'm guessing it's something like that.

Re: persistant storage
Yes, but that would take forever in its current (slow) implementation.
And you need to get ingame to store - wait for reset to get back to nexus - RCR.

People have been warned fairly multiple times not to use campfires to mule!Theodore01 wrote:But where can we do campfire muling then ?Endelyon wrote:At the moment we're planning to nix the Nexus entirely....
That being said, I understand your concerns about slowing down the RCR process, and as far as that goes, AoS and I have discussed methods of improving it including changing the system so that RCRing takes everything in your inventory and automatically dumps it in your player storage when you choose the menu option. These systems need development and testing of course. I didn't mean to make it sound like the Nexus will be gone tomorrow--just that it's the ideal we're moving towards.
We're not going to let it suck or be super inconvenient for the players, and we do have some semblance of a game plan.
