Two Rings

Unread post by Vogar Eol »

I vaguely remember something about not wanting to ever wear two identical rings for some reason. I can't recall why, and couldn't find anything on a search. Note, I'm talking about rings with properties that should normally stack... not something like two deflection rings or Ability rings.

No one remembers any nwn2 engine bugs involving rings? It may have involved regeneration rings, which we don't have here. However, I recall some situation where wearing two rings caused the engine not to correctly apply the properties of the second ring.

I know this was common practice on Shores of Haldun, when that server was running. I also know it's why my oldest character didn't double up on my favorite ring here on BGTSCC.

No old powerbuilders remember anything?

Two +2 saves rings do not stack. Or a +2 save ring and one with +2 fortitude.

However saves from different item slots do stack.
