Connection Issues

I am having some trouble connecting to the server, I have tried making sure all the right ports are open and have tried clicking the link and waiting and I still cannot connect to the server after multiple attempts I get a timeout error every time.

Could anyone offer any advice as the issue is probably that I have left out something stupid and obvious?

I have twice before been a player on this server over the years and never had any problems connecting until now.

Also, apologies if there is already a comprehensive thread on this somewhere, I'm about to go to bed so will check again tomorrow anyway but thought I'd seek a community response in the meantime.
