Power to the people

I was wondering if we that play archmage can get a feat that give one spellpower and lose a lvl 7 slots but only work when we are in a party with other archmage
what do you thhink?

I don't get how this is justified. Is this according to PnP? Or another reason?

well you can take it it is more RP thing but will only work if they in the party . in the real archmage prc it have 5 spell power it was to much for the BG staff so they remove 2 of them but if we do this it is not much overpower so we get one more but in this case you have to be in party and it will not work archmage vs archmage or any other pvp only if they are in a party ,party vs party if that can work out
