Spell fail: Skin of the Cactus
Skin of the Cactus, cast as an extended spell, by a ranger, failed for no apparent reason as of this last patch.

This seems to be happening regardless of the spell, your characters class, and even without any arcane spell failure penalties.
There are no level 30's, only level 20's with benefits...
