bg_voiceset.hak file issue

I was having the issue of the bg_voiceset.hak file not downloading. In the past I was able to download it separately and putting it into the hak folder.

I am having that issue again. Using the link Valefort provided in another thread

You should be able to download the heavy stuff there more quickly.

I downloaded the hak file and put it in my hak folder. However, when starting the game it still tries to download it and am getting this error message after failing 3 times.

Any ideas?

Having issues uploading the screenshot but the error message reads:

"Unable to download bg_voiceset.hak from any supplied location. Please contact the server admin" and gives an aol email address

Update to this:

I was able to copy the offending file off of my laptop (it had already been updated). and copied it to my desktop. Game is working now but wanted to call this out:

In the link Valefort provided, the bg_voiceset.hak file is updated 3/8/17 but is only 129MB in size. The file in my hak folder that works is 169MB in size. Not sure if i downloaded an old version or an older version is associated with the link.
