Hideous Blow and Dispel

Can someone with a Warlock answer this one: since Hideous Blow auto-applies each round, if your Warlock is hit with a Dispel, does that totally cancel Hideous Blow, or will it re-apply anyway?

It reapplies itself after beig dispelled ^-^
