Problem with Hips?

Is anyone else having a problem with Hips not working or working intermittently? For instance random monsters continue attacking when you click into hips or random monsters attack ranged or melee while you're in Hips and you know for sure their spot can't possibly be high enough to see you?

They only place this happens to Misara that I know for sure, is the goblins near Beregost on the tradeway. It really annoys me. Basically, if you hips after aggro, they never lose it aggro and attack. If you hips before detected fine.

Mind you I hips by Frost Giants and the stupid ice elemental.

Same issue with those goblins. Often if I just keep walking away they eventually lose me.

Same problem happened last night with the Frost Giants and my level 30 ranger/assassin was sent to the fugue.

I have been experiencing this too. Sometimes if feels like it's more likely to happen if the mob catches sight of you exactly when you use HIPs. I would be as bold to say it happens up to 50% of the times with Yeti, Trolls and Fire/Frost giants.

Not entirely sure this helps but, maybe if you use parry you'll not attack them with attacks of opportunities and therefore stay hidden although they will still follow you.

Was given this hint in regards to going invisible, might work for hips as well.
