It says it grants /5 electric DR does that stack with other sources such as racial bonus?
Konosuba taught me cool wizards don't look at explosions.

Alright after testing this in game myself I can say it does not stack. You will not get the 5 dr from a clerics domain if you already have 5 dr from your race.
