Suggested Feat to Improve Summons

Ok, we had a nice discussion about Thaumaturge... I still stand by the 10 min gate spells.. but this is about summons in general.
Post 20s summons become less and less viable.
What I suggest is this based on the discussion in the Thaumaturge thread.
Feat Name - Epic Augment Summon (not married to the name)
Requirements
Feat - Augment Summon (Remember it requires Spell Focus Conjuration)
Feat - Epic Gate
Replaces bonuses from Augment Summon with +6 Str, +6 Dex and +6 Con (same bonus type as Augment Summon so stacks with spells buffs). Adds 1 Damage for each Elemental type (total 6 damage) and adamantine damage type for DR bypass conditions for all summoned beings.
And that is it. What do yall think? Too strong? Too soft? Too heavy on requirements? Too light on requirements? I'm looking for feedback here.
