Reserve Feats halp!1

Hi there fellows who knows what they are doing. I don't.

I'm coming back to BGTSCC <3 and need some help from you about the Reserve Feats.

1: Storm Bolt on some sites have that damage bonus if used by Stormsingers. Is it applied here? The feat description dont mention it, but... You know

2: They can't be used by shapeshifted druids, right? Talents can't. Can they?

3: That healing reserve feat I dont remember the name exists here?

4: Spells that gain levels with Metamagic Feats count as higher level spells for the Reserve Feats (and make them cause more damage)?


I was thinking about creating a kind of "full reserve feats" character for RP purposes, if he could pull his own weight on a party that would be great. Many thanks <3

I have a last one for you: Sneak attack with reserve feats is working? Storm Bolt specifically.

Some reserve feats let you Sneak Attack with them, and they will say so in the in-game description, but IIRC Invisible Needle and Acidic Splatter are the only two reserve feats that let you do it (I could be wrong, it's been a while since I played). However, you need to take the Arcane Trickster prestige class to allow you to make Sneak Attacks with touch attacks before you can actually do it.
