Illegitimacy in the Realms
Is there an appropriate naming convention in the Realms intended for illegitimate scions of a named family, in the way that British historical families (and Robin Hobb) use the prefix "Fitz-" and Westeros uses generic names like "Sand" or "Snow" depending on the family's geographical providence?
