Wizardly Services

Events & Expeditions

If you require the presence of a wizard for some or other venture or event, I may be that wizard. For a frequently recurring matter we can discuss a retainet.

Identification & Examination

If you have an item or even artifact magic in nature and wish to know more, I will gladly take a look.

Lifting Curses

If it is a simple curse I may do so at a symbolic fee or even free of charge if it requires no lengthy examination. For anything complex I can only promise examination, and then we will see.

Scrying & other Divinations

Whilst I am no specialist, I may attempt to scry on your behalf if it is nothing objectionable. An item belonging to or part of the subject will increase the chance of success. In some circumstances I may refer you to someone more skilled in these arts.

Summoning & Calling

This is something I will not agree to without good reason, but if the situation calls for it and nothing disagreeable stands in the way, I can summon or call a creature under relatively responsible circumstances.

Teleportation

Whilst failure is always a possibility when teleporting, you will find few mages who can impress me when it comes to this.

The posters are once again replaced, this time not only adding the many prices that were previously missing but also cutting the price of everything roughly in half. Some may have noted a drawing of a smirking elf on the poster in the East Gate district, and today the elf does indeed appear to be pleased with recent developments.

The spells Duelward, Mislead and Analyze Dweomer are taken off the list of arcane scrolls offered and the spells Hail of Arrows and Foresight are added. An adjustment is made to the maximal price to potions of Comprehend Language, cutting it nearly in half, but also noting that they will only last half as long.

(( Until the next patch some wands will be made with a lower Caster Level, in which case I will refund the difference. There are also some elixirs that still don't work. Ethereal Jaunt can't be made, Gaseous Form can be made but not used. And my cost of making all potions is higher than it should be until next patch, but I'm not gonna go through the whole list to fix it in the meantime. If you are given a different price than is listed here, that would be why. A temporary thing ))

Having spent half a day toiling away in the laboratory of the Phoenix lodge, Sirion makes his rounds to the posters he hung up, crossing over a number of spells and adding a few.

Alarm, Dancing Lights, Stabilize Portal, Deflection, Silent Alarm, Analyze Portal, Non-Detection, Waterbreathing, True Form, Wall of Ice, Hail of Arrows, Sending, Thalantyr's Bow Bane, Wall of Stone, Suppress Wards, Seal Portal, Solipsism, and Shadow Simulacrum are crossed out from the selection of arcane scrolls.

Disguise Other, Guided Shot, Conjure Animals, Call Elementals, Conjure Spiders, Conjure Metalmen and Greater Sanctuary are added.

Finally, the elf smiles as Rinse is added to his selection of potions...

Sirion stops by his poster in Baldur's Gate and the Friendly Arm inn to replace them with updated lists. Wands of Camouflage, Mass Camouflage, Faerie Fire, Find Traps and Protection from Insects are added to the selection, as are the spells Sand Warriors, Battle Precognition, Malicious Image and Shapechange.

To the initial message a reference is added to a divine scribe and wandcrafter, and a scribe (Juniper Bottlesocket & Rania Arowaven), and a druidic scribe (Teris Ynarno).
