Magic circle against aligment

The new permanent VFX is truly permanent. It's also visible to everyone one the caster itself is stealthed and not visible. Even to those who cannot see the caster. Is this intended or can it be fixed?

It was intended, the hidden but visible part is unfortunate though :|
