Disrupting Strike [Spell]
Does Disrupting Strike only work on melee weapons, or all attacks (e.g. unarmed, ranged)?

I'd also like to point out that Blackguards do not currently receive this spell (or else, do I need to RCR my blackguard to receive it?)
