Member Search - No Sorting?

The "Members" feature at the top right of the forums doesn't (and hasn't for a while, but I've always forgotten to post!) have a working ability to sort by the letter with which the username starts. There's just a small box with a drop-down arrow that has nothing in it.

Could that be fixed, please?

It's on my to-do list (though that tends to get only bigger, instead of smaller )

Alright .... maybe this was a bit easier to fix than I thought (or maybe I just did a dirty little fix, but nobody will know that).
