Storage system duplicating books

I can't replicate this... I haven't noticed when it happens. I just noticed a while back that I suddenly had two copies of a book from an event that I left in storage. And then again later, a book I paaiiiiinstakingly wrote by hand before trying AoS Tools... this being in the days when AoS Tools actually worked on my computer. I now have two of, in storage, without having taken it out for maybe months.

For all I know it just happened on its own. That's helpful, right?
