Rage/Haste issues

Hi!

I noticed a bug. While my toon is raging, he cannot use the haste abilities of his armor or boots.
Tried using 'Cloak of Displacement' and 'Brooch of Shielding' while raging, and they work fine. He is a standard rager, so it isn't an issue of not stacking with WF either..

From what I can see, the spell failure seems to kick in a split second before the ability is activated.

Could someone look into this please? (I'd be happy to help with any testing if need be)

I can't reproduce the problem, how exactly do you do it ? Do you rage then use the haste clicky immediately ?

Are you using whirlwind rage ? Then it's working as it should.

Whirlwind Frenzy

This is am optional feat given to barbarians at level 1. It replaces the normal rage bonuses. When using Rage, the barbarian gains +4 STR, +2 Dodge AC, +2 Reflex saves and an additional attack at the highest AB (does not stack with haste). These bonuses increase to +6 STR, +3 Dodge AC, +3 Reflex at level 11, +8 STR, +4 Dodge AC, +4 Reflex at level 20 and +10 STR, +5 Dodge AC, +5 Reflex with Epic Rage. The barbarian does not get Indomitable Will at level 14, instead he temporarily gains Evasion while in rage. The amount of barbarian rage uses remain the same as the normal version.

Note that the dodge AC was changed to shield AC recently?

No, my character uses standard rage. Also, it isn't just the extra attack that isn't working; the bonuses to speed, AB and AC are not working either.

No, I wait for the 3 second spell failure to go away first, then try to activate the clicky.

I've tried using potions of speed and having a wizard cast haste on my character while raging; Neither worked.

UPDATE: After a bit of testing, the problem seems to be tied to the 'contingent heal' effect that was added during the last update to prevent death when ending a rage.

Whenever that icon is visible, I cannot use haste. As soon as the contingent heal effect expires, haste becomes useable again.
