Summoning - Something is wrong

I summoned a planar ally and on reaching the FAI map i unsummoned him.
Then on switching an armor (hotbar) the 'summon menu' pops up and i can summon another one for free. (no casting animation or spell substracted).
And that newly summoned one emerges on the other side of the FAI map.
