Walkmesh issue in Gullykin

Unread post by chad878262 »

Found out the hard way there is a place you can get 'stuck' in Gullykin... Was headed toward the transition to Sharpteeth, but just clicked way ahead and the wonderful pathfinding took me next to a house that I could then not click or WASD away from.

Yeah, the walkmesh is a real mess. One of the troubles of having such an old game.

Another place is in farmlands east. It still thinks the ORH chapterhouse is ruined and tries to run us through the walls.

There are many other places where it just leads to impossible walks. And it seems to choose often the longer path.

This was from about 3 years ago when I first reported the issue:
Fortunately, as a wizard, I could just teleport away.
