Server-Specific Combat Feats: which apply to ranged weapons?

I have tested Northlander Hewing and found that it no longer works with ranged weapons. What about the other combat feats - esp. Athkatlan Triparte and Sembian Fencing? Their effects only come into play at high levels, so I can't test myself without potentially wasting a feat...

None, those are melee combat styles.

I noticed that the One Weapon feat isn't disabled when you use a ranged weapon.
