Bear Warrior Regen Bug

Getting a double stack of dire bear regen per tick.

I know BW needs a little loving, but at 8 hp/round, you might as well paint it green and rename it "Hulk Bear."

Also, can confirm that the save bug is still stripping bear form. Appears to be on a 30 second timer now, instead of the previous 2 minutes.
