"Weapon Changed" appearing in the Combat Log

What is this? It shows up kinda randomly, even when not changing weapons?!?

Sorry, it's a debug message that I forgot to remove, it doesn't concern you but simply mobs, who .. can have their weapons changed, randomly. It'll be removed whenever the culprit is updated.

It's for mobs? Odd. I did a rest at the FAI and got this message right afterwards.

Saw one of the Duergar Weaponmasters in UD have his weapon changed today. To unarmed. No ki strike for you! :lol:

is this the same bug that says, "the lock is already broken" randomly and repeatedly when i am not doing anything lock or chest related.

This seems to happen when someone breaks the lock on a chest you already broke yourself and I remember it as far back as 2013. You're not crazy though, I used to see this one a ton. :D This latest bug is unrelated, and it's just some debug messages/log feedback that got left behind.
