"Weapon Changed" appearing in the Combat Log

What is this? It shows up kinda randomly, even when not changing weapons?!?

Sorry, it's a debug message that I forgot to remove, it doesn't concern you but simply mobs, who .. can have their weapons changed, randomly. It'll be removed whenever the culprit is updated.

It's for mobs? Odd. I did a rest at the FAI and got this message right afterwards.

Saw one of the Duergar Weaponmasters in UD have his weapon changed today. To unarmed. No ki strike for you!

is this the same bug that says, "the lock is already broken" randomly and repeatedly when i am not doing anything lock or chest related.

This seems to happen when someone breaks the lock on a chest you already broke yourself and I remember it as far back as 2013. This latest bug is unrelated, and it's just some debug messages/log feedback that got left behind.Whoa.
