Did a RCR on my toon and forgot to transfer over some ac +4 boots with +1 spell craft on them. Completely my mistake and error, but thought I check if it was possible to get them reimbursed as they are a bit pricey

Been there, done that. But it was "only" +3 boots. They are easy to miss in the transfer.
