Enchanted Blade VFX bug

The item VFX for the arcane spell Enchanted Blade persists through invisibility, making the character look like a floating, sentient sword to those without See Invis capability. The weapon VFX should probably be toned down or changed.

Note: this is the VFX on the created blade itself, not the act of casting the spell.
