Downloading HAKs taking 3 hours after login

As the title suggests, I'm barely downloading at max 200 KB/s and it will take me over 3 hours to download the files to join the server for the first time after logging in. I may be Australian but I actually have good internet (Fibre).

I don't want to wait 3 hours to join the server, any ideas?

This happened to me as well, and others. Supposedly the Server is distributing at a much higher rate, but a few of us get throttled when trying to download.

Unless AoS can do something about it, you'll just have to wait it out!

You can also download there : http://game.bgtscc.net/staged/

That will require some work from you though, putting the files where they belong, haks in the hak folder, tlk in the tlk folder, trx and sef files in the modules/Baldurs Gate TSCC folder.

Well I left it for another 2 and a half hours and it finally finished so yay. And now for the next barrier of figuring out my characters, cheers anyway.
