Man at Arms Challenge uses up DD's Defensive Stance

As noted in the subject, using Man at Arm's Challenge seems to consume uses of Dwarven Defender's Defensive Stance.

Don't know if this is intentional or not, and don't know if this issue has been raised before. Apologies if this is a repeat topic.
