Rod of Flailing from Avernus is bugged
The flail does not grant TWF as advertised. I tested extensively. What can I do?

Just bumping this one in the hope one of you community pillars comes across it. How does one get bugged (shop) items fixed on the server? The DMs IG directed me to the forum, but I'm not sure where to send my request...
