One Shot and Flurry?

Does One Shot combo with Flurry of Blows the way Many Shot does, giving me two One Shots if I use shurikens?

You can use Manyshot and Flurry of Blows together though, it is what makes Zen Archery wisdom based Monk Assassins a little bit better as a build. (Wisdom based to get Blazing Aura to increase your non-sneak attack shuriken damage.)

Yeah, the assassin monk build is pretty potent with those 4X death attacks, but I didn't want to go down the assassin road. I was hoping to focus on more DD, but it won't work out with One Shot.
