my hin just got disarmed from an orc female barbarian at castle dragonspear (outside).

The naughty orc was hit with my nerf bat. She will behave after next update.

Why is it - that disarming creatures are getting removed ?

Sure it is a nuisance to put the weapons in the hotbar again and again. But if only a few creatures have that feat, i would be good for a surprise now and then. (As long as they don't have improved disarm - the player should not lose his weapon.)

Maybe let some of the new dynamic spawns have it.

I believe it's because there's a danger that if your inventory is full when you are disarmed, it could lead to your weapon being destroyed.
