Upperdark: South of Grottoes.

The transition between the outpost and the rest of the cavern in the South of Grottoes are gone, so you don't have access to the upperdark from the underdark that way anymore.

The river route is still open, keep calm and carry on.

Im sure the transitions will be re-added in time, lots of bugs after the update.

Can someone post a minimap screenshot of where the transition should be and in which area ? "Outpost" is unclear for me.

Yes, I believe Valefort fixed it a week back or so.
