Heya!
Would anyone be so kind as to make me a paladin great smiter build? Sustain isn't something I care greatly for, it'd be mostly for taking down that big bad so great smite seems like it could be fun. I'll start by a RCR and level in a group, so again, sustain not an issue.
I also quite enjoy the shield feats, so if they work, I'd be happy to see them used, if not, I'll survive.

Do the favored enemy bonuses increase with more cavalier levels (or paladin levels), or do they stay at 1?
