A scruffy looking half-elf, with a bow over his shoulder, may be found lurking at the FAI. He can be seen approaching men, trying to peddle a book with the tale of a priest so favoured by his god that be granted him the assistance of a holy warrior; the book allegedly contains said warrior's true name.

The half-elf hurries out of the Inn with a piece of paper in his hand, ignoring any further enquiries about the book.
