Just a few suggestions for improvement.
1. Conversation is the cinematic one taking over whole screen, perhaps the old fashioned window one would be better.
2. Some path issues. On 'BG, docks' when moving from the 'Palace district' gate towards the 'Flaming fist HQ' the kid walks through buildings. Walking waypoints could be adjust here if there are any or the walkmesh. Similar happens on 'BG, East Gate District' when the kid moves through The Elfsong patio towards the Farmland gate. There the kid walks through the fence and bulletin board.
Otherwise I found this rather entertaining. Especially the part where the kid was waiting for me to catch up and calling me a slowpoke. It was also good that there was an option to stop the tour by talking to the kid again at any point.
I wonder if it would be possible for the kid to advertise himself occasionally while idle, so that people would know of the option.

Thanks for the suggestions. He does advertise his services, but only to the young and unseasoned adventurers that walk by.

Fair enough. That's covered then. Would have been a shame to not know about it as it's pretty good info if one is patient enough.
My char, of course, doesn't fit into the young and unseasoned category but either way, was fun!
