Appraise Creature does not work when used on Male PC's.

Title, I get 100% failure (no response) when used on males. Females work as expected. Males trigger it being used and if you try to do it again right after, you get the "must wait until next round" messaging.

Same issue. I had assumed I was simply doing something wrong.
