"Reineke Ingenium has come into possession of a nice cloak that he wishes to auction off to the highest bidder. The cloak grants some protection against physical attacks, some protection against poison, immunity to the spell "Web", and allows one to cast the spells "Cat's Grace" and "Web" a number of times per day.

The bidding will begin at twenty-five bags."
