Pommel Strike- Turns off power attack and weapon buffs?

I couldn't see if this has already been solved or dealt with.

I was testing pommel strike and it seemed to be either counting me as 1-handed even when I wasn't and it turned off my elemental buff.

It may be turning off IPA instead, as my 1-handed damage with IPA and 2 handed damage without it are very similar.

The elemental damage from my weapon hit, but my separate buff did not.

I'm not sure if pommel strike is just negating my elemental buff and counting me 1 handed, or if it's turning power attack off for that round. Either way, it was a significant damage drop.
