Disguise System Issues after Male Character Appraise Fix

Stuff I've Noticed:

- Applying a disguise doesn't seem to take, mechanically, other than changing your name. If you disguise your name, your name changes fine. Race and gender changes seemingly do nothing.

- When trying to toggle the disguise off, the game does not recognize that I am disguised. I do not get a "Disguised Removed" thing when picking Disguise Toggle while Disguised, it just gives me the three prompts to re-disguise myself.

Particularly frustrating for me as a tailless, hornless Tiefling that tries to be disguised as human and now has people going HEY MAN I DIDNT KNOW YOU WERE A TIEFLING.

Did some testing:

Issue seems to be that if you don't disguise your name, nothing else can be disguised (IE, I can't attempt to hide my race without changing my name, or the system seems to think I am not at all disguised).

Thanks for posting your findings. Not sure if any dev is looking at this system right now, but when they do I'm sure this will provide some additional help in fixing the issues.
