Blocked from teleporting into 3 different locations?

I just tried teleporting into Beregost, FAI, and BG Sewers, in quick succession. All three gave me the message "You sense that a ward in the vicinity of the destination is impeding your spell"

It is possible that all three were independently blocked, but I find that unlikely.

Is anyone aware of a glitch or anything?

Or is that the message you get if the area you are currently in is Dimension Locked?

Ah. The message mentions that the ward is in the "vicinity of the destination" so I was confused.

Is it possible to script a different message for being in a Dimension Locked area? Something like, "You sense that a ward in your area is impeding your spell"?

Or if that is not possible, maybe just change the message to "You sense that a ward is impeding your spell"?
